Black Friday Deals on Quest, PC VR, and PlayStation VR2 Games

With the big shopping day of November 29 drawing near, it seems that the deals have already begun flooding in, and VR gaming isn’t missing out. While we’ll touch on a few hardware deals here, the main focus is on discounts for games across the Quest, PC VR, PlayStation VR2, Vive, and Pico platforms.

This list will surely expand in the coming days, but here’s what we’ve discovered up to now.

Quest

While the newly launched Quest 3S isn’t seeing major discounts, fans of the Quest 2 or Quest 3 have something to cheer about. The Meta Horizon Store’s Black Friday sale is in full swing, running until December 3. Use the code ‘BFCM24’ at checkout to snag up to 40% off select titles—this code is repeatable, so don’t feel shy about using it for all your favorites. PC VR

Though the Steam Autumn Sale doesn’t start until November 27, don’t worry—there are still some enticing offers to catch your interest. With a blend of newer titles with modest discounts and older games at deeper cuts, there’s something for everyone. Here’s what’s available on Steam right now.

On the Humble Store, the Black Friday Fest 2024 is live with discounts on over 90 SteamVR games. It’s largely older titles, making it a great opportunity to fill in the gaps in your game collection. Meanwhile, the Epic Games Store offers 50% off Tetris Effect: Connected and 70% off Operation Wolf Returns: First Mission VR. Plus, GOG and GMG have a few minor discounts on PC VR titles.

PlayStation VR2

Sony has unleashed its Black Friday sale, which lasts until December 2. Among the vast array of discounted games, 14 PlayStation VR2 compatible titles and three DLC packs are officially part of the sale. Beyond this, more games not explicitly part of the Black Friday promotion have been marked down as well. PlayStation Plus subscribers enjoy even steeper discounts on select games.

Check out the official selection here, and while you’re at it, note that Sony is slashing the price of PlayStation VR2 hardware. The headset, bundled with Horizon Call Of The Mountain, is available for just $350.

Viveport

Although Vive falls under the PC VR umbrella, its deals are special enough to warrant their own section. During their Black Friday event, you can get 10% off an Infinity subscription, plus Annual subscribers receive a free copy of Arizona Sunshine 2 Deluxe Edition. There are also eight game bundles discounted by 50%. Here’s a taste:

Pico

Pico packs a punch this Black Friday by bundling several games with its headset deals. The latest offer includes the Pico 4 Ultra headset, Pico Motion Trackers, three free games, and a one-month premium VRChat Plus subscription.

Currently, there aren’t many individual Pico game deals to speak of, but this could change as we approach Black Friday. For now, we’ve identified only a couple of titles with discounts.
