This week, we delved into our Top Five Games of 2024. For those who might not be familiar with our RFN traditions, there are practically no strict rules. The general guidelines are simply that any game from 2024 available on Nintendo platforms is fair game. These aren’t set in stone—just flexible hints. Ideally, it should be a game you experienced in 2024, but we’ve seen exceptions where games weren’t played within the year, though these are rare instances.
Given these incredibly broad guidelines, creating a unified Top Five is not an endeavor we attempt, making the list quite personal.
Naturally, there’s some overlap in our choices. Interestingly, the number one spot is identical on two lists, and I’m confident you’ll never guess which game it is. Trust me, I anticipate someone will claim otherwise, but I know their words are mere fiction.
