Devs United Games, the creative minds behind Real VR Fishing, exclusively released for Quest platforms, have some exciting news. They’re set to introduce this popular virtual reality fishing experience to PC VR headsets next month.
Anticipate casting your line with SteamVR headsets come early December. The game will mirror the Quest version in both price and gameplay, ensuring that all DLCs—such as the US West Coast, US East Coast, and Japan Parts 1 and 2—are ready for purchase on Steam right from the start.
The foundational experience boasts 40 fishing spots and a collection of over 150 different fish to catch. For those seeking more, the additional DLCs offer a whopping 95 extra fishing locations and more than 300 fish species to reel in.
While players on Quest have enjoyed solo and four-player multiplayer modes, there’s a catch: the Steam launch will not support cross-play multiplayer across Quest, Pico, and PC VR systems. However, Steam users can look forward to integrated YouTube and web browsing, alongside regular monthly updates and aquarium customization options.
Real VR Fishing first made waves on the Quest platform back in late 2019, quickly reeling in a devoted fanbase. It stands as the go-to fishing game on Quest, boasting an impressive 4.6 out of 5-star rating from over 7,200 enthusiastic users.
Don’t miss the chance to add Real VR Fishing to your Steam wishlist as you prepare for its early December debut.
